If you wish to register as a customer, fill out the “Create an Account” form on the My Account page. Use secure passwords that you can also remember.
Choosing a Product
On the product details page, select the color, size, and quantity, then click the Buy button.
Login
Logging in before making purchases is not necessary but highly recommended. This way, you can have better control over your personal data, payment methods, and orders. Log in with your registered email address and password. You can log in before starting the purchase or on the “Checkout” page before making the payment.
Product Prices and Payment
Pay the price (taxes included) shown for each item and the total shipping cost. Payment methods allow you to use a credit card through secure systems like PayPal and Stripe. All prices displayed on this site include taxes.
Shipping
We ship worldwide, so shipping costs and delivery times depend on where you are making your purchases from. We have three shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: the most economical with a longer delivery time.
- Express Shipping: higher cost with a shorter delivery time.
- Free Shipping: for purchases over:
- €70.00 for Spain (Iberian Peninsula)
- €150.00 for Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla.
- €150.00 for the rest of Europe.
- €250.00 for international orders.

*Customs duties may be charged depending on the destination country.
Credit Cards
We accept most major international cards such as Visa® and Mastercard®. The purchase price will be charged on the payment date by your credit/debit card issuer. The charge will be made to your credit/debit card when you place your order. No additional charges will be applied to credit card payments.
PayPal
You can use PayPal for payment, using the payment method linked to your PayPal account, or using your credit/debit card.
Stripe
You can use Stripe for payment, using your credit/debit card.
If You’re Not Available for Product Delivery
If you’re not available for product delivery, the delivery company will leave a notice. If you don’t contact the specified contact point in the notice, or if your address information is unclear, the product will be automatically returned. Returned products will be processed and determined by Wackyfuse.
If Your Order Isn’t Delivered
Please contact us if your order isn’t delivered during the indicated period.

Exchanges and Returns
Note that refunds cannot be made in case of returns or refusal to accept an order for personal reasons, such as incorrect size, once you have received the order completion email. Exchanges or returns will be accepted if the delivered product is not what you ordered or is defective due to Wackyfuse’s fault. Purchase History
Check the My Account page. Under Orders, you will find details of your previous purchases.
If You Forget Your Password
If you forget your password, go to the My Account page and select “FORGOT PASSWORD?” under the login form. You will receive an email to your registered email address with a link to create a new password.
Managing Your Customer Data
From the My Account page, you can change your personal data and shipping address.
Account Cancellation
You can cancel your account at any time by accessing My Account.

Security
The site uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption to ensure the security of transmitted data. Customer-transmitted information, such as credit card information entered on the member registration page (free), is kept secure through encryption.
